Food is not only food that is our life

Agar apko alg alg terah ka byanjann khana pasand h, to dhyan de ki ye apko jada din khane ka mouka nhi denge. Jese ki junk foods and jada garam meats wala khana apki jan bhi le sakta h... 

caution :-

1 step- have fiver consider foods.

Agar apko junk khane ki lat lgi huyi h to ese ap week me 1 bar hi khaye.din me ek time.
Or dusre meal me or dinner  time fiver or salad ko jada ad kare..

2 step -do regular workout/yoga.

Ap morning ya sham ko 40 minutes  workout/ 60 minutes yoga bhi karsakte h. 
Ye apko fit and apke pachan tantra ko bhi majbut kahega.. 

3 step - add vegetables and fruits.
Me to apko yehi Salah dunga ki ap jada se jada vegetables and fruits  ka hi sevan kare ye apki ayu badane me and apko young rakhne me kafi sahayta karta h .. fruits ka sevan adhiktar din me hi kare...
